A medium-roasted Peruvian decaf — Fairtrade certified. We chose Peru as our decaf origin because Peruvian coffee has the natural sweetness and balance that survives decaffeination beautifully. So many decafs taste like a compromise; this one tastes like a coffee that just happens to be decaf.
Decaffeinated via Swiss Water Process — 100% chemical-free, water-based, and the gold standard for water-process decaffeination. The bean's character stays intact: milk chocolate, light fruit, soft floral, clean finish.
