Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over $50 (continental U.S.). Flat-rate $8 shipping on orders under $50.

Delivery Timing

Every Tide & Bean order is roasted after it is placed. Roasting and processing: 2–5 business days. Shipping in transit: 1–5 business days. Typical total: approximately 5 business days from order to delivery. Longer windows of up to 10 business days may apply during holidays or product launches.

Where We Ship

All 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. International shipping is not currently available.

Carriers and Tracking

USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the best carrier per package. Tracking is provided by email. Expedited shipping is not available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking has not updated after 7 business days, contact ketan.patel@tideandbean.coffee with your order number.

Order Changes

Orders cannot be modified once in production. Contact ketan.patel@tideandbean.coffee as soon as possible if a change is needed.
